Modificare le alleanze

Allora, sto giocando a TATW con Rohan e ad ogni mia richiesta di alleanza i vari elfi nani umani etc la rifiutano sdegnosamente. Perfino i diritti commerciali fatico a darli.
Ora non credo che questo corrisponda alla verità, e vorrei modificare le alleanze e mettere praticamente due blocchi distinti stile guerra fredda.
Che file devo modificare x mettere in pratica quello che voglio?
Ho guardato nella cartella data, e pure nei vari forum Total War se trovavo qualcosa che mi illuminasse ma non c'è nulla di nulla.

Devi modificare il descr_strat,i valori che trovi proprio in fondo al file,non conosco questo mod ma di solito il percorso per trovare il descr strat e'ata\World\Maps\Campaign\Imperial_Campaign.
